This includes listening and understanding your specific needs and wants, locating appropriate properties, researching comparable properties, and advice formulating an offer or sale price. He lived in Traverse City for just shy of 29 years and has considerable knowledge of the area. This knowledge is invaluable for locating the right home for buyers and establishing successful marketing for sellers. Recently Don relocated to a place on the Rapid River in Rapid City where he is expanding the footprint of the area he covers.

Drawing on many years of experience in customer service-related fields; Don now focuses on serving the needs of Real Estate Buyers and Sellers. He is a qualified Realtor and holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation from the National Association of Realtors and is a member of the Aspire North Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Don also has a BAA in Marketing, with specialties in sales and advertising. He is a United States Marine Veteran, caring husband, and a loving father to three adult children and one grandchild. When he isn’t working he enjoys time with his family and racing vintage sports car.
