Since acquiring her real estate license in 1993, Annette Gruenberg possesses an inside understanding of the market and is a skilled negotiator who places clients’ wants, needs, goals, and concerns at the forefront of every transaction. Annette adopts her clients’ objectives as her own, then channels her integrity and drive to win into fulfilling those desires.  She stays in close communication with clients, keeping them informed, letting them know that she’s always working toward their best interests.

While Annette embraces technology as a tool to help her communicate with clients, she believes in the time-tested practices of personally answering her phone, listening carefully, and being responsive to her clients’ questions and concerns.  In addition to going all out for her clients and taking extra classes to enrich her real estate skills, she’s actively involved in the community. Annette is a member of the Michigan Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Traverse Area Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, American Heart Association, and an active member of the Maritime Heritage Alliance.

Annette is adventure-loving and in her spare time she enjoys hiking with her four Newfoundland dogs.  She loves spoiling her five grand-children and is almost always engaged in a challenging project.
